Our return policy

  Refunds will occur when collaborative sharing is proven to have not occurred or false postings have been made.

• When the advertisements you have purchased are not shared on the specified day and time, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to tanitinfluencer@gmail.com under the subject of FAULTY COOPERATION PROMOTION.

• In case of incorrect sharing or lack of sharing, the influencer you purchased cooperation with will be penalized and you will have the right to return / change the date.

When will I be refunded for the product I returned/canceled?

o If the refund is in accordance with the conditions, the refund process will be completed within 2-10 days.
